Make a Nomination for the Eclipse Community Awards
|
|
Each year the Eclipse Foundation gives out Community Awards to honour individuals and technologies that make
Eclipse a vibrant community.
Nominations are now open for the Technology Awards:
|
|
Best Eclipse-Based Developer Tool,
Best Equinox Application and Best RCP Application. Nominations can either be submitted in a commercial or open source
category. Nominations are also open for the Individual Awards: Top Ambassador, Top Committer and Top
Contributor.
All nominations are due by January 30. Winners will be announced in a ceremony
at EclipseCon in March.

Board of Directors Nominations
Nominations for the Eclipse Foundation Board of Directors are open from January 12-29, 2009.
There are to be five elected committer representatives and five elected solutions member
representatives.

Call for EclipseCon Sponsorship
Sponsorship opportunities for EclipseCon 2009 are still available to Eclipse members. Act quickly
as many sponsor options are limited in availability and some items are already sold out. As well, options
like booth location are selected on a first-come-first choice basis.

Design a Committer T-Shirt
The Eclipse Foundation is holding a contest to design a new and improved committer
t-shirt to give away at EclipseCon. First place wins a Flip Mino video camera. Help us
make the Eclipse community a better-dressed place by submitting an entry by
