I've got a bunch of XML and matching XSD files. To clean up my project (I was moving to a three-digit number of XML files), I placed the XML files in a subdirectory structure. Instead of copying or linking the appropriate XSD files into each directory, can I tell the XML editor to use something similar to an "include directory" in C/C++ where it can find XSD files? This way, I could also keep them out of the tree of XML files.
What I definitely don't want is to edit each XML file to add something like "../../Schema/" to the paths of the XSD files, as they will probably move around a lot in the structure before the project is stable.
