Hi!

When I studied the "Sparkplug™ MQTT Topic & Payload Specification Rev 2.2" and especially the STATE message_type I wondered why the STATE is not particularly explained for edge nodes (N) and devices (D) like for DATA (NDATA and DDATA). It is only explained for scada_host_id on page 17. I thought it might also be important for any edge node or device. Isn't it? Am I on the wrong path and the STATE message_type is not been intended to be applied to edge nodes and devices? If not, what is the reason for?
