Is M2T Acceleo and TMF Xtext going to be part of Amalgam distribution for
the final Galileo release? Thanks

Hi Rich,
We'd like to have Acceleo be part of the DSL Toolkit as well. Are there
any actions we have to take (make a patch, raise a bug, sacrifice
chickens, ...) for this?

Hi Laurent,
A bug with patch is the way to go. No need to sacrifice a chicken ;)
Thanks,
Rich

Hi Richard,
I was referring to DSL Toolkit distribution. I know that momentarily
these two modules are not part of DSL Toolkit, but I would love to have
them as part of DSL Toolkit. What kind of patch are you waiting for, can
we contact Xtext team to ask for an update? I can see Acceleo team is
willing to "sacrifice chickens" just to be added to DSL Toolkits :)
Thanks!

The xtext team is aware already, but you can certainly ping them on their
newsgroup.
A patch would need to include changes to the dsltk.build model and
appropriate UI contributions that build upon those found in the amalgam
common.ui bundle.

Rich

Hi,
what I actually meant was whether it is already possible to create a domain model and define both a graphical syntax as well as a textual syntax for it using the DSL Toolkit. The textual syntax can either be Acceleo or XText.
Kind regards,
Niels.
