Hello, I'm trying to pack and export my application of transforming UML models.

The application works fine when launched from an ATL run configuration in Eclipse, but when trying to load it through my java launcher, or other public launchers such as Abel Gomez's ATLRunner:

the application fails. It throws an error that the value of the name of the model (line 2, end of the line) is not legal.

I don't understand what I may be missing from the launcher, it fails whether the file is decoded from UMLResourceFactory or XMIResourceFactory.

I'd understand if the file was just of invalid format, but I can open it fine with the Eclipse EMF Model Editor and the whole application functions with a run configuration.
