Please guide. How can i install papyrus for in obeo designer 11.3. When i goto help-> install new software-> all available sites. i cannot find papyrus for uml

Hi,

You need to add either a Papyrus-specific update site (ask the Papyrus forum if you can not find it), or the more general Eclipse Simultaneous Release update site. For Obeo Designer 11.3 which is based on Eclipse 2019-06, that would be http://download.eclipse.org/releases/2019-06
