.genmodel file lost its editor association in RSA [message #1459901]

I am using Rational Software Architect 9.0
This was working flawlessly until yesterday.
I edit the .emx file using RSA modelling tools.
Then I reload my .genmodel from the .emx and the .ecore is updated.
Then I can regenerate my Java classes from the .genmodel.

Yesterday this stopped working.
The .ecore and the .genmodel do not seem to be associated with any editor (except the default Text Editor) and the Reload... menu item is not in the context menu of the .genmodel.
I didn't uninstall anything from RSA? Isn't the RSA modelling plugins sufficient.
Any pointers as to what I should look at?

Look at the difference between the attached screen caps. genmodelBroken.jpg is the current behaviour, and genmodelWorking.jpg is the previous (desired) behaviour.
