Hi all,
I have the following scenario:
- Two .ecore models Parent and Child where Child references elements from Parent.
- A .ecorediag diagram with Child as its Domain Model
I would like to display classes from Parent on the canvas of the Child diagram and have them persisted so that subsequent views of the diagram show these foreign classes.
As things currently are, I can drag classes from Parent onto the canvas and they are shown (with a "from Parent" annotation) and add references and inheritance relationships. However, when the diagram is saved - although the domain model is updated correctly - the diagram no longer shows these foreign classes on the canvas.
What would be required to change the behaviour of the editor to persist these foreign classes on the canvas of the diagram?

PS: I'm using version 0.10.0 of the Ecore Tools SDK on Eclipse 3.6.1
